From then on it is ours to keep updated, backed up, secure and working. Need a change? Ask us and we make it, within fair use.

Timescales start when we have your content and the design is approved. Missing content or late feedback moves the date.

The things people ask before they start

Yes, when you take Managed Website for twelve months. We build your five-page website as part of the plan, so there is no separate build fee and nothing to pay before we start. The plan is £599.88 plus VAT across the first year.

The pages your site needs, a theme built by us from our own components, a design review before we build, mobile and accessibility checks, SEO basics, analytics and cookie consent, your existing content moved across, one round of changes after the first full build, and launch.

We aim to launch about ten working days after we have your content and the design is approved. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and the clock starts when we have what we need from you.

Copywriting, logo or branding work, photography, extra pages beyond the five, online shops, booking systems, custom tools, domain purchases, third-party subscriptions and email hosting. Some we can quote separately, some we do not offer at all, and we will say which is which before you commit.

Yes. If you are happy with the site you have, we host it without rebuilding anything: the same £49.99 plus VAT a month covers hosting, updates, backups, security and small changes. We will tell you if we think the current site needs rebuilding, and we will not rebuild it without your say-so.

You do - the site, the domain and the content. There is no proprietary builder and no lock-in: the site runs on WordPress, which is open source and portable.
