- Account and order information. When you buy a plan through our reseller storefront, the provider processes your name, email and billing details to complete the order. We receive the details we need to set up and support your service.
- Contact form enquiries. If you email or use our contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply and help.
- Support requests. Details of issues you raise with us so we can resolve them.
- Site analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This is cookie-based; you can decline via the cookie banner.
Legal basis
We process your information to provide the service you asked for, to fulfil our contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Analytics are processed with your consent.
How long we keep data
We keep account and order records while your service is active and for as long as we need them for legal, accounting or support purposes. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to resolve them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share information with the hosting platform that provides the underlying infrastructure, and with service providers that help us run the business, always under appropriate safeguards.
